Sometimes the fire in the fire box gets a bit hot. I love to lie by it, but sometimes I need to cool off (hot mancat, you know...). Our window boxes have nice big ledges to lie on. This one is even low to the ground, so I can watch Mom and Dad inside, the the birds outside. And of course show off my mancat tummy. Tara says I look like a baby seal on the ice, and if I'm not careful, I'm going to get clubbed. We will see about that! Even Mom calls me baby seal on the ice! Humpf...I don't think baby seals have mancat claws....

I love the window box ledges. We have a bit old huge one in the front room. I like to sit there and look out in the summer.

Window ledges are so comfortable to sleep on, especially when they are that wide. We don't have wide ledges like that here.
