Wordy Wednesday: Back at Dad
So I'm toady, huh Dad? You want to play? You want to play with your hand in my tube? You think I'm "toady"? I'll show you toady. Do toads have claws? Do toads have teeth? Oh, was that your hand in my mouth? Did I bite down a little too hard? I see a little dribble of red running towards your wrist. Yes Mom, I know how to pull my claws and teeth WHEN I WANT TO. What, you want to play some more? This is a little fun....maybe I shouldn't be so rough...oppps...gotta run, I need to yak up that big crane fly I ate in the backyard tonight. I had to eat it...you aren't giving me enough Evo...now I need to take a bath, that crane fly yak is pretty disgusting. Maybe I'll snuggle in bed a little later...maybe...

What a sassy Pink Lady you are - Grrrrr! ;)
Ooo, skratching or biting daddy gets us in trubbul! Not as much trubbul as biting or skratching mom but still...
Oh my Tara! Drawing blood isn't good. I sometimes claw and bite, but I've never drawn blood!
It must have been because you were so would up from playing, you didn't realize what you were doing, right?
Tara, sometimes it is important to keep the beans in line. I think you did a good job teaching your Dad a lesson.
Tara
Your Dad couldn't have meant what he said. You are no toad. Toad croak and hop around and have no fur. What was he thinking?? YOU are purrfectly gorgeous and just right! I did hear my Dad tell my Momma that I was getting round...well my weight is still 5 1/2 pounds, I don't know how he could think I was getting round? I am shaped with a rounded backside because all Manxies are -- Momma put him straight. I knew she would take up for me!
Mommas are on our side!
Abby
He, he. Good job.
Owie.
You showed him!!
Tara, it sounds like your put your dad in his place furz sure. The dadz here always says that Snowy is fat, but our meowmize says it's because she is a big framed kitty. Like Abby said ' The momz are always on our side."...Sia
Tara, the bitey is allowed in some situations. we think being called fat was maybe one of them
Uh oh. Female beans don't like being called fat either, so your daddy should have known better. Duh.
We nominated you for the Thinking Blogger Award! If you would like to participate, stop by our blog for details and to pick up your award!

Good for you! Every now and then you have to put the humans in line and remind them that you are in charge. A little bite here and there can do wonders!
Latte
My sister Tipper says real women have curves and we think you look fine, Tara. 9 lb. sounds like a good weight to me.

Tara, as I said in yesterday's post, You? Toady? NEVER! Sometimes the beans don't realize just how sensitive we are. We are vain after all. You're gorgeous girl!
Humans need to be kept in line!
You go girl! Show your daddy you mean business. I haven't drawn blood for a long time, but when they first brought me home, a first aid kit was necessary. I've since learned better ways to train my beans.
I'm sorry he hurt your feelings so bad. You haven't told us how he apologized yet. He has right??? We're all waiting to hear how he grovels at your princess kitty toes!
Ut oh. You must haf been really steaming to put the bitey on yur dad. I finks I weigh 9 lbs too. I don't fink dat is too much. It am good to haf some weight for when we wants to pounce on somefin and squash it.
Ha ha ha ha!!! You show them Tara!!! You are a royal princess and they cant call you toady cos it just doesn't do you justice!
xx
Oh my, Hell hath no Wrath and all that stuff! Now go poop in his golf bag or somethin'!
You tell him, Tara!
What? Your Dad called you toady?
Put the bitey on!
Wow! Tara has got a temper on her... It's good to put your dad in line, but maybe you don't have to draw blood to do it.
Rest up, Tara. It sounds like you had a very busy day!
Thanks for the advice on the brown ribbon. I'll keep trying and hope I get it to go on there. I'm busy all the time, if I don't put in on the calender it gets forgotten. Have a great day. Samantha
Toady? We think you're a beautiful meezer princess! Just be careful about scratching dads. They aren't always as tolerant of that kind of behavior as moms.
