Oh, its been a long week! And we are going to the mountain house today! I'm nervous, Mom and Dad picked up something from the V-E-T called acepromazine. It is suppose to make me relaxed on the trip up. I think both Tara and I are going to get it, a big 10 mg pill! I'm a bit nervous, I've never taken anything like that before. I hope it will make the trip easier.

I'm not sure I have a middle name! Kavan is Irish, and it means "The handsome one". So I'm going to use handsome as my middle name.

S: Silly Boy. Mom calls me this all the time.

M: Miserable, only when I'm in the green machine going to the mountain house.
E: Energetic. I love chasing Tara around the house!

We enjoyed your middle name meme. Riding in the green machine isn't so bad (my beans have a green machine as well) as long as your beans aren't taking you to see the men an women in white coats you should be fine!

Efurry time Maw hears about "ace" she remembers when she volunteered at the Dallasssss Zoo as a Keeper Aide and the keepers used to have to give the old female elephant 40 ace pills every morning so she wouldn't whap the crap out of the younger female elephant. Long story.... She always knew which fruit the ace was hidden in and wouldn't eat it.... Anyway, the younger elephant was eventually moved to Walt Disney World to be in the SSP for breeding African elephants in captivity and then they didn't have to dope the older female anymore.

Kavan, we agree completely about traveling. We had to do lots of that before we finally moved to Georgia. We didn't do a pill, though. Mom would load all 6 of us kitties into the PTUs and we would all yowl for about 20 minutes and then we'd sleep for the other 4 hours.
We had to make the trip every other weekend or so because Mom wanted to visit The Swamp all the time. She had to sell her business before the final move.
It was HORRIBLE!
